At Auter, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion investment. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
